SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SURVEY

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is developing a new Strategic Plan. The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to set the direction for BRHS over the next four years to 2030 and outline the priorities to deliver the best care experience for every person, every time.

This is an important time for BRHS. Across Victoria, significant health system reforms are underway, including the establishment of the Gippsland Local Health Service Network. BRHS is well positioned to think boldly about how to deliver care so the East Gippsland community can access the right care, at the right time, as close to home as possible.

Aspex Consulting is supporting BRHS to develop the Strategic Plan and is seeking feedback from staff, consumers and community members to help inform future priorities.

Your responses are anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected. This survey platform uses encryption to securely store the information you provide and complies with Australian privacy laws. Participation in this survey is voluntary.

The survey takes approximately 5-6 minutes to complete. Please note that by completing the survey, you are providing consent for your responses to be used to inform the development of the BRHS Strategic Plan.
